Blaine's Recipe of the Week - 4/28/07

Caesar Dressing


If you like a real Ceasar where the garlic and anchovies are very pronounced, here's a great one to compliment any meal.

5 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped capers
1.5 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoon minced garlic
3/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup heavy cream
Kosher salt to taste

Add pepper on top of salad and enjoy!
